A few things to know
What does free include?
Your store setup and monthly store fee are $0. Each order still pays for the products and decoration shown in the store, plus shipping and applicable tax. Free refers to the store plan, not the merchandise.
What counts toward the 15-product limit?
Each product style is one item in your catalog. Its available sizes and colors do not use additional slots. Free includes one logo and a maximum of 15 styles.
Who can use the Free plan?
Free is an experimental offer for selected clients invited by our team. Email us using the activation button and include your company name. We will confirm your invitation and coordinate your store setup.
Is this a trial?
This is an ongoing pilot with no scheduled trial end date. It does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. We will discuss any proposed plan changes with you before you agree to them.
Can I change the catalog?
Catalog changes on Free are limited to replacing items that are discontinued or out of stock. Email our team to arrange a replacement within your 15-style limit. Other product swaps, additions, and scheduled catalog refreshes are not included.
What support is included?
Free includes email-only support for your store and customer orders. Contact support@specworks.com for help or to request a replacement for a discontinued or out-of-stock item. Phone and live-call support are not included.
What if I need more products or features?
Standard adds monthly catalog rotations and up to 50 styles; Premium supports up to 150 styles and 3 logos. Email us when you need to expand or book a demo to discuss a paid plan.
How soon can my Free store launch?
Our team will confirm timing after reviewing your logo and product selection. The paid plans' 48-hour launch promise does not apply to the Free pilot.
